Scoping the job

Request a free website diagnoses for issues and updates or contact us with a brief outline for redesigns (as an example).

Quote

We'll provide a transparent quote that describes exactly the services you'll receive and an aproximate timeline for completion.

Completion

Most updates, bug fixes and amends can be completed in a matter of hours - more complex jobs may take longer to complete. Every step of the way we'll keep you up to date towards completion.

How do you quote?

For website issues and updates, Webhandy offer a free initial diagnosis of your - absolutely no obligation.

After assessing your site, we’ll provide a transparent quote for the fix, of which 20% is payable upfront. For other website work the process is the same, just fill in our quote form and provide us with an outline and we'll get right back.

Throughout the process, our aim is to provide a service that's both efficient and fairly priced.

How much does it cost?

Our minimum charge is £100 which is payable before the work begins. This includes the first hour of work and will be itemised on your quote. The remainder of the fee is payable on completion and can vary depending on the size of the job.

Most minor amends, fixes and updates can be completed within the first hour.

How do I pay?

For minor website amends and issues payment is within 7 days - for larger projects payment is within 30 days.

Once your job is complete, we'll send you a Stripe payment link to pay securely.

Are you based in the UK?

Yes! We are based in the North West of England in Cheshire.
Yes! We can, and do. Contact us to discuss your brief.
Yes! We offer a free website diagnosis - if after looking at your website we can fix it we'll provide you with a quote. If we think it may be more complex or difficult to fix we'll aim to provide you with a fair overview of the costs and timescales.
If we need to repair, update or edit files on your server then yes. Sometimes website are on a Content Management System (CMS) such as Wordpress, Squarespace or Wix - although are many more. In those cases we only need access to the CMS.
